Staying at a condominium or vacation rental? Pick up your prepared grocery order at our convenient Waikiki location.
PRE-ARRIVAL STOCKING
Available for vacation rental owners, hosts, or property managers who can provide authorized access. We’ll shop and stock groceries and essentials before the guest arrives.
Q: Do I need to make a detailed shopping list?
No. Choose the grocery option that fits your stay and tell us about your group, preferences, and any special requests. We’ll select groceries within the planned budget and customize the shopping as much as possible around your needs.
Q: How do I receive my groceries?
Depending on your stay, options may include hotel delivery or pickup at our Waikiki location. We’ll confirm the best option with you before your service.
Q: Can you stock my vacation rental before I arrive?
Pre-arrival stocking may be available for vacation rental owners, hosts, or property managers who can provide authorized access to the property. For guests without property access, hotel delivery or Waikiki pickup may be available.
Q: Is transportation included?
Transportation is not included. If needed, we can arrange transportation separately upon request, including vans, buses, or limousines depending on your group size and needs.
Q: Are groceries included in the service price?
Each grocery option includes a planned shopping budget. We’ll select items based on your preferences and the needs of your stay. Special requests or purchases beyond the included budget may require an additional charge.
Q: Can you accommodate dietary preferences or food allergies?
We can shop based on your dietary preferences and help look for products using available ingredient and label information. However, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.
